At UwU Mart, your satisfaction is important to us. Please read our Returns and Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

General Policy

We comply with the Australian Consumer Law, which guarantees your right to a refund, replacement, or repair if a product:

  • Has a major fault or defect,

  • Is not as described, or

  • Is unfit for purpose.

You are not entitled to a return, refund, or exchange for:

  • Change of mind,

  • Incorrect choices made by the customer,

  • Damage caused by misuse.

Blind Boxes – Special Return Condition

Our blind box products are sold as surprise collectibles, and as such:

We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges if the blind box has been opened.

Opening a blind box reveals the item and significantly reduces its value and resale condition, and we cannot restock or resell opened boxes. Please purchase with this in mind.

If the blind box arrives damaged, defective, or missing items while sealed, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos and a description of the issue.

Eligibility for Return (if applicable)

To be eligible for a return (excluding opened blind boxes), the item must be:

  • Unopened and in its original condition and packaging,

  • Reported to us within 7 days of receiving the product,

  • Returned within 14 days from the date of contact.

Refunds (if applicable)

If a refund is approved:

  • It will be processed to your original payment method.

  • You will be notified via email once the refund is issued.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).

Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning any eligible item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
